Acceptable Use Policy

This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to everyone using MyT20Team.

1. No wagering, staking or pooled money

MyT20Team is not a gambling product and must not be used as one. You must not:

• charge or collect an entry fee, buy-in or stake to enter a match or tournament;
• pool money between participants to be paid out on a result;
• run, advertise or facilitate betting, odds or a book on matches in the Service;
• use the Service to settle a bet made elsewhere.

A tournament organiser or sponsor may offer a prize, but it must be offered and paid directly by them, must not be funded by participant contributions, and must comply with the law where they and their participants live. MyT20Team never holds, transfers or pays out prize money, and takes no part in the arrangement.

2. Treat other managers properly

In team names, crests, tournament descriptions, sponsor names and chat, you must not post:

• harassment, threats, bullying or targeted abuse;
• hate speech or content attacking people for who they are;
• sexual content, or anything involving minors;
• impersonation of another person, club, brand or official body;
• spam, scams, phishing or unsolicited advertising;
• anyone's personal information without their consent.

Sledging is part of cricket. Abuse is not. If you are unsure which side of the line you are on, you are probably on the wrong one.

3. Play it straight

You must not:

• use bots, scripts, macros or any automation to play matches or manage teams;
• exploit a bug rather than reporting it — tell us and we will fix it;
• create multiple accounts to gain an advantage, inflate standings or repeat a free trial;
• collude to fix results in a tournament that has a prize;
• buy, sell, rent or transfer accounts or teams.

4. Don't attack the service

You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, server or data;
• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission;
• scrape, crawl or bulk-download content, or reverse-engineer the game or its models;
• knowingly introduce malware, or overload the Service with excessive requests.

Found a security problem? Email support@myt20team.com with the details and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before telling anyone else. We will not take action against good-faith research reported that way.

5. Respect other people's rights

Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not upload club badges, sponsor logos, photographs or brand names you do not have permission for. If you believe content on MyT20Team infringes your rights, email info@myt20team.com with the details and where to find it, and we will investigate promptly.

6. Obey the law

Do not use the Service for anything unlawful where you live, or in breach of sanctions or export controls.

7. What happens if you break these rules

Depending on how serious it is, we may:

• remove the offending content;
• warn you and ask you to put it right;
• remove a tournament or team from public listings;
• suspend your account while we look into it;
• close your account permanently, without refund, for serious or repeated breaches;
• report the matter to the authorities where the law requires it.

We aim to be proportionate. For anything other than a serious breach, we will contact you first and give you a chance to fix it. If you think we got it wrong, reply to us and a person will review the decision.

8. Reporting something

To report a user, a tournament, a message or any other content, email support@myt20team.com with what you saw and where. We acknowledge reports within 2 business days.
