About MyT20Team

What is MyT20Team?
An online T20 cricket management game. You build a team, challenge friends to matches that are played out ball by ball, and run tournaments with fixtures, standings and a decider. It runs in your browser — there is nothing to download.
Do my friends need to pay too?
Anyone who wants to run their own team and play their own matches needs their own account and plan. Only the account that plays a match uses one of its included matches. If you host a tournament on a League or Franchise plan, your guests still need an account to manage their own side.
How long does a match take?
A full twenty-over match plays out in a few minutes rather than a few hours. You can follow it live ball by ball, or come back to the scorecard afterwards.
Are the players real cricketers?
Player profiles are built from historical T20 career records, so the strengths and weaknesses you pick between are grounded in real performances. MyT20Team is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any cricket board, league, club or player.
What device do I need?
Any reasonably modern phone, tablet or computer with a web browser and an internet connection. The game is designed for the phone first.
Is there an app to install?
No. MyT20Team is a website — open it in your browser and you are in. You can add it to your home screen if you want it to feel like an app.
How do I get help?
Email us at support@myt20team.com or use the contact form. A person reads every message and replies within 2 business days.
How old do I have to be?
You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age for agreeing to online contracts. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
What happens to my teams if I cancel?
Your teams, records and match history are kept for 12 months after your subscription ends, so picking it up again next season means logging back in. Ask us at any time and we will delete everything permanently instead.
Plans & billing

Paying for it

What exactly am I paying for?
A monthly subscription to MyT20Team. It gives you access to the game and includes a set number of matches each month — live matches against other managers, plus practice matches against the AI — along with the team, tournament and season-management features listed above. It is software access, delivered instantly online. Nothing is shipped.
What's the difference between a live match and a practice match?
A live match is played against another manager: their team, their tactics, their sledging in the chat, and the result counts towards tournaments and your record. A practice match is played against the AI whenever you like — a good way to try a new batting order or blood a young player without a season riding on it. They are counted separately, so practising never eats into your live matches.
What counts as a match?
One completed T20 fixture — twenty overs a side. A match is counted once, to the account that plays it, against the live or practice allowance as appropriate. Matches abandoned before the first ball are not counted.
What happens if I use all my matches?
Your allowances reset on your renewal date each month. If you run out sooner, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time and the new allowances apply straight away, with the price adjusted for the days remaining in your billing month.
Do unused matches carry over?
No. Each billing month starts fresh with your full allowances.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Customers in India are charged in Indian rupees (₹). Customers everywhere else are charged in US dollars ($). The prices on this page are already shown in the currency for the country you are visiting from, and the amount you will be charged is confirmed at checkout before you pay.
Why do the rupee and dollar plans include different numbers of matches?
They are priced for different markets. Rather than convert one price into the other and end up with something that makes no sense in either, we set each plan's price and match allowance for the market it serves. Whichever you are on, the plan tells you exactly what it includes.
Are taxes included in these prices?
No. Prices exclude sales tax, VAT or GST. The correct tax for your country is calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm, so you always see the final amount first.
Who takes the payment?
Our payments and subscriptions are handled by Paddle, who act as the Merchant of Record for every order. Paddle appears on your bank or card statement, issues your invoice, and handles the tax. We never see or store your card details.
Can I cancel whenever I like?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings in one click, or email us and we'll do it for you. You keep access until the end of the month you've already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment, for any reason. See our Refund Policy for the full details, including renewals.
Is this gambling, betting or fantasy sport for money?
No. There are no entry fees, no stakes, no wagers and no odds. Matches are simulated, not real-world events. We never hold or pay out prize money — where a tournament offers a prize, it is offered and paid directly by that tournament's organiser or sponsor, and we take no part in it.
Do I need to install anything?
No. MyT20Team runs in any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer.
